Poway Walmart expansion study faces another delay

The long-awaited study on the environmental effects of expanding Poway’s Walmart into a Supercenter has been delayed again.

The city had expected to publish the review next week. Because of delays, the report will likely be published in January, said Bob Manis, director of development services.
There was confusion with a section dealing with a loading dock, Manis said, which, along with other minor problems, pushed the publication back.
